Who We Are Looking For: Mastertech Environmental is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as an administrative assistant with a variety of daily tasks including office duties and marketing assistance. This is a full time position and will require you to switch roles when needed. Dress is casual, but uniforms will be provided. This candidate must have high attention to and accuracy in detail; strong communication skills; a somewhat positive attitude and be able to work together with an “occasionally” stressed out boss! Must be proficient in computer skills and strong knowledge of MS office software. Must be be very, very, very organized and have the ability to create organization amongst chaos!

Job Requirements: Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant

Answer and handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Provide organizational assistance.
Phone interaction with customers regarding their projects/issues/concerns
Creating and filing Documents
Incoming/Outgoing Mail & Email Processing
Creating spreadsheets
Ability to Multi Task
Skills in verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office
Work closely with project managers on various assignments
Assist sales and marketing staff in office and at local events
Preferred experience:

Administrative and Office Skills: At least 1 year – verifiable.

As a Remediation Technician, you will provide mold removal, lead abatement and asbestos cleanup services to our clients. We are seeking a Technician that can grow with us, someone seeking career advancement.

Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in mold remediation, water damage or air duct cleaning a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills a plus
Self-starter with good work ethic and ability
Capable of completing all paperwork in a timely manner

Must exhibit a neat, professional appearance at all times
Must have a valid driver’s license
